wow. Today was sunny. Too bad the high was 27. right now it is 18 degrees with a wind chill of of 6.

I got two new foster kiddos 2 days ago. They are brothers, 2 and 4. They are sweet. The 4 year old does have several problems though. Now I am lucky enough to fill out a 13 page assessement to get him an evaluation at UW.
I will be contacting the CHET screener for these two. I am hoping that she will be able to give me a little more info.
I am off Friday. I am pretty excited about it. I am hoping to get my taxes filed. I hate tax time. My goal tomorrow will be to have all my paperwork together.

Yes, it is very cold. It nearly took my breath away when I went out earlier this morning. Brrrrr.
ReplyDeleteHow cool that you have two new foster kiddos. I'm kind of interested in fostering, maybe after we have adopted several kids. I'm not sure I could talk my husband into it though. If you don't mind me asking, what was it that made you and your husband choose to foster?
It was something we had discussed when I was pregnant with our last son. We decided three years ago to begin the process.
