I am about half afraid to say anything! Here goes. Make sure the gutter/downspout/drainage issue has been fixed before investing in new floor. I am still trying to get overflow and water seeping in fixed at my house! keep smiling and loving each other!
Oh my, floors are a project, indeed. But what a difference they make when done! Our old floors were terrible and I refused to walk in the house barefoot. So much happier once the floors were done. You will be too!
